• Supporting Our Team

On March 18, one week after the announcement of COVID-19-shutdowns in the area, we temporarily laid off 50% of our team. We were able to keep 30 team members on for a limited number of hours per week. In an effort to continue supporting them, we are remaining open and asking for your continued love & support!

    Health & Safety

To protect the safety of our team and the public, we are taking severe precautions in the operations of our stores. We've updated cleaning procedures, including sanitizing after every transaction. Updates are posted here.

    Who Are We?

We are a small business, owned by myself (Sandra) and my husband (Gil). After graduating from JMU, we started Nicecream out of my mom's garage in Falls Church, Virginia. In 2013, we opened our first pop-up store in Clarendon and in 7 short years, we have grown organically into four beautiful little stores in Old Town, Admo, and Shaw. We love our our team and our customers to the ends of the earth and feel so blessed to make amazing ice cream as our living.

    Weathering the Storm

Of course, spring & summer are ice cream season. In order to continue to pay our rent to make it to the summer, we are keeping our doors open for "grab & go" and delivery. These revenues pay our rent, which are still due, to keep us afloat through this difficult time.
